Refunds are rare and considered only in the following situations:

• The product received is completely different from what was approved in the sketch.
• A major defect is found that clearly affects the usability or appearance of the embroidery

• If return is applicable, the Customer can return the product within 10 days of delivery

  No exchange/No replacement

If a refund is deemed eligible, it will be credited using the original payment method within 7 to 10 business working days after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT provided for the following reasons:

• Change of mind after the order is confirmed
• Minor variations in thread colour, size, or stitching, which are part of the hand-embroidering process
• Delays caused by courier services after the item has been dispatched from our end
• The incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
