Yes, we can provide you with a sketch (a pencil drawing in black and white) of your design before we start. This ensures that everything looks exactly how you envision it.

Minor changes can be accommodated as long as stitching has not yet begun. Once the embroidery work has started, changes may not be possible or may incur an additional charge.

While we can take inspiration from designs you love, we respect the work of original artists and do not create exact copies to avoid copyright issues. Instead, we will create something unique for you based on your references.

We use high-quality embroidery floss and durable fabrics like cotton to ensure your piece lasts beautifully.

We currently specialise in framed hand embroidery art, but custom projects may be possible! Contact us to discuss what you have in mind.

Each piece is handmade with care, so please allow approximately 30 days for production, in addition to shipping time. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date once your order is confirmed.

Currently, we primarily ship within India. If you are located outside of India and are interested in our products, please contact us—we will try to accommodate if possible.

No, the end product does not come with framing. We provide the embroidered work unframed. However, printed manual instructions will be included with the dispatched product for your reference.

We generally do not accept returns as each piece is custom-made. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us — we’ll make it right.
